Korea Transit ("the app") helps foreign travelers use Korean public transit. We value your privacy and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the app handles.
The app does not collect or store personal information. There is no sign-up, and no user information is sent to our servers.
Your journey progress (which step you are on) is saved only in your device's local storage so you can resume where you left off. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
The app does not request location permission and does not use your precise location.
The app shows Google AdMob banner ads. Ads are configured as non-personalized, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. In the course of serving ads, AdMob may process device information (such as device type and approximate location derived from IP address). See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
The app links to official booking and map services (KORAIL, KOBUS, AREX, T-money, Naver Map, and similar). Once you leave the app, the privacy policy of that service applies.
